The general public/stakeholder is hereby informed that the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) invites comments/suggestions on the amendment in “Apprentices Act,1961” with an objective to enhance the apprenticeship opportunities for youth.

Any person/stakeholder desirous of sending their comments/suggestions may do so through e-mail at anita.sriv@nic.in within thirty working days from the date of publication of the details of the invite.

The last date for submission of inputs is 10th May 2021.

In any industry or an establishment the employer can impart an apprenticeship training under the Apprentices Act, 1961. The amendment was also extended to Non- Engineering graduates and establishments were allowed to engage apprentices in optional trade.

An apprentice is entitled to leave in accordance with the leave rules which exist for the workers of that establishment provided every apprentice must put in a minimum attendance of 264 days in a year of training, of which1/6th should be devoted to related instructions and 220 days to practical training.

SIR, THERE MUST BE MINIMUM GOVERNMENT INTERVATION IN GOOD TIMES AND BAD TIMES WE ARE WITNESSING AND THERE MUST BE MORE GOVERNMENT INTERVETIONS. LET THE MARKET TO BE FREE LIKE FOUR FACTOR OF PRODUCTION LIKE LAND, LABOR, CAPITAL AND ENTREPRENEURESHIP. TOO MUST REGULATION WILL AFFECT MSME AND STARTUPS. WE CAN NOT IMPOSE ALL RULES TO STARTUPS AND MSME. THERE IS DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BIG COMPANY AND MSME AND STARTUPS. THERE ARE MY SOME INPUTS PLEASE CONSIDER WHILE MAKING POLICY. THANKS.

मा. प्रधानमंत्री जी 25 अप्रैल को होने बाली मन की बात के लिए मैं सिर्फ यह सुझाव देना चाहूंगा कि उत्तर प्रदेश के पंचायत चुनाव आगे बढ़ा दीजिये क्योकि पंचायत चुनाव में कोई भी कोविड नियमों का पालन नही कर रहा है और इससे हजारो कर्मचारियों के परिवार दांव पर लग सकते है ।

SIR, GOVERNMENT MAIN WORK IS SECURITY, HEALTH AND INFRASTUCTURE, EDUCATION, AND MAKING LAW IF ANY UNLAWFUL ACTIVITY HAPPEN IN COUNTRY GOVERNMENT HAS TO AVIOD INFLUANCE IN EVERY SECTOR. YES ANY THINK NOT GOING GOOD THEN GOVERNMENT INTERVATION IS NECESSARY AND PASS LAW IMMEDIALTELY TO AVIOD EXPLOITAION. BUT LET THE MARKET BE FREE WHEN INDUSTRY AND MSME AND COUNTRY IS DOING WILL WE HAVE TO MONITOR AND TAKE ACTION WHEN ANY FAULT IS FOUND OR NOT DOING WELL.

SIR, ONE MORE THINK I WANT TO DISCUSS THERE DIFFERENT TYPES OF COMPANY AND THEY BELONGS TO DIFFERENT INDUSTRY, STARTUP, MSME, INTERNATIONAL COMPANY THERE TURNOVER ARE DIFFERENT AND THERE INCOME WILL BE DIFFERENT THOSE WHO WANT TO HAVE AN TRAINEE LET THE RECUITER AND INTERVIEWEE HAS TO DECIDE. THERE MUST BE COMPETITION WE CAN NOT FIXED STIPEND TO ALL THE REASON STATED ABOVE. THERE MUST BE MUNIMUM GOVERNENT AND MAXIMUM GOVERNANCE THIS WILL ENHANCE EASE OF DOING BUSINESS.

COVID 19- Sir, 1)please issue a guidelines to all media not no cover any single news on Covid. Make complete ban on media for showing the Covid news, we need Lockwood to media not to telecast any covid News. (Media showing over exaggerated news of covid because of it people getting fear of covid their immune system is collapsing leads to health problems. ,) 2) Instead of testing focus on vaccination Covid curve can flattened with the help of this.

Namaste sir, last year with your guidance, you converted few railway coaches as covid beds. now the time has come to use them.. kindly ask state governments to use the railway coaches..

dear sir मुझे लगता है ki vaccine पहले युवाओं को लगनी चाहिये थी क्योंकि कि युवा ही (25 se 55)सबसे अधिक बाहरी गतिविधियों मे व्यस्त है युवा ही वर्तमान मे corona का वाहक बना हुआ है 25 से कम आयु के विद्यार्थि वर्ग है 55 से अधिक आयु के लोग बहुत ही कम बाहर काम करते हें
