The general public/stakeholder is hereby informed that the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) invites comments/suggestions on the amendment in “Apprentices Act,1961” with an objective to enhance the apprenticeship opportunities for youth.

Any person/stakeholder desirous of sending their comments/suggestions may do so through e-mail at anita.sriv@nic.in within thirty working days from the date of publication of the details of the invite.

The last date for submission of inputs is 10th May 2021.

Let me give you an idea to tackle with covid 19 as well as create new jobs. make a group of people in every area who will visit every single houses within his aligned area who will provide vaccine to require people as well as will spread awareness regarding covid precaution. By end of every week these group of people will share the data regarding their progress. Two things will happen here. 1st you are creating jobs for people who will do this and 2nd covid will come in control. cnct me

Apprenticeship should be clubbed with guaranteed jobs whether in government or private after completing the courses. it should be mandatory for all students. it will also help government to remove unnecessary departments providing job saving crores of rupees and curb the money and sUFARISH. All will get jobs easily

P. M. Sir, what about the 52 crore employees who work in the non organised sectors? 7th pay commission for 52 lakh government employees and, sir 52 crores are struggling in five thousand to fifteen thousand per month. They are also voters, educated and qualified. Please think for them also.

No person shall be engaged as an apprentice to undergo apprenticeship training in a designated trade unless such person or if he is minor, his guardian has entered into a contact of apprenticeship with the employer.
