When it comes to the Indian Police Service (IPS), it is better to separate IPS from other CIVIL SERVICES just like IFS (Indian Forest Service). So, UPSC can FILTER OUT aspirants-those who take IPS as BACK UP option. It will help to FIND OUT real IPS aspirants, those who are hard core passionate to serve the nation in uniform. After clearing all these tests, a practical test too must be conducted at the period of Police training. Then the performance of Police trainees must be reviewed by an expert committee. If anyone found inefficient, either he/she must be sacked from the training and keep the profile of those inefficient trainee for a fixed period of the time. On the next recruitment, the candidate, who got sacked earlier need not to appear the written test again and allow them to join the Police even after crossing the age limit, as long as their Profile have the validity. If anyone did excellent field work as part of their practical test must be recruited, even if one get low mark

POLICE RECRUITMENT must be under Ministry of Home Affairs- Here comes the most crucial and major step when it comes to the effective Policing. While recruiting youngsters to the Police, mere written test and physical test is not at all enough for the recruitment. We already mentioned that- Police is not just a job but a service to the society. So, what Police need is those youngsters who have hardcore passion on Police, who gives top priority on Police job over other jobs. But, here what happens is- only because of clearing all tests, alot of youngsters are joining the Police force only by aiming a Govt job. Surely, this will badly affect the Police force that may lead to the failure of better Policing. So, to tackle this problem, separate essay papers on both psychology and ethics must be added to the Police test. Then the questions based on Indian constitution, IPC, CRPC, Cyber law, IT act, Indian Evidence act etc must be given more weightage and priority.

PDS प्रणाली मे मुफ्त में दिए जाने वाले अनाज की और मै ध्यान दिलाना चाहता हूं, एक सरकारी रेशन दुकान पर देखा कि धन संपन्न परिवार के लोग मुफ्त मे मिलने वाला सरकारी अनाज ले रहे है, आश्चर्य हुआ ऐसे लोग जिन की मासिक आय 50 हजार रुपये से अधिक है, सुविधा लेते है यह कड़वी सच्चाई है, मगर जरूरतमंद जिन्हें य़ह सुविधा मिलनी चाहिए वह वंचित रह जाते हैं। ऐसे दुरुपयोग के लिए जब तक अधिकारी कर्मचारियों को जिम्मेदार नही माना जाएगा तब तक यह अव्यवस्था जारी रहेगी।वास्तव में मुफ्त अनाज की बजाए रोज़गार की ज़रूरत है लेकिन लगता है देश को लूटने और लुटाने वाले देश को महंगाई की ओर ढकेलने की शपथ लिए हुए हैं।

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी नमस्कार, आज़ादी के अमृत महोत्सव की हार्दिक शुभकामनाएं ! महोदय जी, आगामी नवंबर माह में मानगढ़ आदिवासी हत्याकांड की एक सौ नौ वीं वर्षगांठ है, 1913 में राजस्थान और गुजरात की सीमा मानगढ़ पहाड़ी पर आयोजित बैठक का नेतृत्व महान स्वतंत्रता सेनानी और आदिवासियों के गुरु गोविन्द गुरु कर रहे थे ( जिन्होने सम्प सभा की स्थापना के माध्यम से आदिवासी समाज में नशामुक्ति व सामाजिक जागरूकता अभियान भी चलाया था) तब इंपीरियल सर्विस ट्रूप्स और मेवाड़ भील कॉर्प्स की एक बड़ी सेना ने स्थानीय आदिवासीयों पर अंधाधुंध गोलियां चला दी थीं जिसमें 1,500 भील आदिवासी स्वतंत्रता सेनानी शहीद हो गए थे। अत: इस बार मन की बात कार्यक्रम के माध्यम से मेरा आपसे विनम्र निवेदन है कि आज़ादी के अमृत महोत्सव के अवसर पर मानगढ़ धाम को राष्ट्रीय स्मारक का दर्जा प्रदान कर अनुग्रहित करें ! ताकि उन सभी शहीद स्वतंत्रता सेनानियों को हम सच्ची श्रृद्धांजलि दे सकें, आशा करता हूं कि आप सहमत होंगे ! धन्यवाद, आपका, अभिषेक पारीक, गांव पीपरोली, अजमेर राजस्थान ! #MangarhDham
