आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी,  भारत। मैं शुभम गुप्ता जिला प्रतापगढ़, उत्तर प्रदेश का रहने वाला हूँ, आज मैं आपका ध्यान OTT प्लेटफार्म पर दिखाए जाने वाले नशे से सम्बन्धित सामिग्री को तथा इससे युक्त पदार्थ की रोकथाम को लेकर है। महोदय इंटरनेट के माध्यम से चलित कई प्रमुख ऐप है जो और इस पर दिखाए जाने वाली सामिग्री पर कहीं भी ध्रुमपान निषेध या तंबाकू के गंभीर परिणाम जैसी चेतावनी नही दी जाती है | जब देश के युवा ऐसे प्लेटफॉर्म्स पर पिक्चर या वेब सीरीज देखते हैं तो वो भी सिगरेट,बीड़ी और तंबाकू जैसे उत्पाद का सेवन शुरू कर देते हैं और आगे चल कर उनकी स्वास्थ्य पर नकारात्मक असर पड़ता है। आप पहले भी तंबाकू जैसे हानिकारक उत्पाद पर अपनी बात रख चुके हैं फिर भी मेरा आपसे विन्रम निवेदन है कि आप अपने अगले मन की बात कार्यक्रम में OTT प्लेटफार्म पर प्रर्दशित होने वाली कोई भी सामग्री के लिए ध्रुमपान या तंबाकू संबंधित चेतावनी अवश्य लागू करे और उनके निर्माताओं और यूवाओं को जागरूक करें तथा तंबाकू, सिगरेट और बीड़ी जैसे उत्पादों के खिलाफ लोगो में जागरूकता पैदा करना है, इस तरह से देश के यूवाओं को तंबाकू

Dear Sir Please find herewith attached the practical problem faced by employers in payment of Provident Fund arrears arising out of Revision in Minimum Wages made in between period , which can be set right by PF System Modification. In addition, in future whenever any changes in wages is made its better to involve all the related agencies of PF, ESI, Bonus etc, find out the implications arising out of the changes being made and implement it. This will enable smooth implementation and prevent the future problems arising . This is going to benefit crores of workers all over India and if the PF Sytem is modified as suggested , it will prevent the problems from arising in future and ensure timely implementation. Every politician files an affidavit stating property details at the time of nomination.Why seperate initiation of investigation is required when the next affidavit filed for successive election shows a hundred time increase in wealth with the same legal resources? Why should CBI/ED wait for prosecuting these politicians? Every thing is in black&white in the form of two signed successive property affidavits. He also states his criminal records.The moment politician contest the election, the total investigation process is shifted to very low priority or forgotten totally as no body can dare touch the politician now.Bail applications are vigorously opposed till the person gains power.Then even bail terms & conditions are washed aside & the person can become chief minister also.Every one forgets that he is on parole or on bail.Now a days criminal record has become basic minimum requirement to become a politician.More the criminal cases, more powerful he is and more acceptable to public.
