Sir,Yourself effort to bring transparency in recruitment process in non Gazetted posts was excellent where interview was discarded and online examination was set in motion but it has come to fore that all the papers are getting leaked by none other than nexus of recruiting agencies and Yourself effort has proved as futile exercise and paper leakage is a common affair in all recruitment examinations and undeserved candidates are getting selected and efficiency is relegated to its low in government departments.Sir I gave one suggestion that for recruitments special examination halls with modern gadgets under cameras installations should be held.Paper setting centers should be at one place and required no of paper setters be involved about 5 hours before start of examinations with no mobile allowed inside the paper setting centers all over India.and should be sent via individual e mail of each examination center 1 hrs before start of exam. I thought what if gov make sure that whoever loses the job will get the basic salary which they gave to the gov as tax and those who do not under the tax slab can get basic money for at least the next three months so that they can search another job without much burden?
