Subject: Suggestion for Equitable Use of Waqf Assets Respected Sir/Madam, There is growing confusion and division in society due to differing interpretations of Waqf laws, often influenced by individual interests. To ensure transparency and equitable benefit, I urge the Government of India to constitute a national committee to receive applications directly from practicing Muslim beneficiaries—especially those from backward classes, widows, orphans (yatims), and other deserving individuals. The committee should prioritize genuine needs and instruct respective Waqf Boards to utilize assets for the welfare of these segments. This proactive step will help eliminate misuse, restore public trust, and ensure Waqf assets are used for the true purpose of community upliftment, as originally intended. Thank you.

Respected sir, Partnering with countries like Germany, Taiwan, and the US for technology transfer and expertise can help India adopt cutting-edge solutions.A potential free trade pact between India and Taiwan could further facilitate technology transfer and investment in India's high-tech sectors, including 5G, and reduce India's trade deficit with China,There should be a necessary action to be taken as 5g network in India is slowing down due to more subscribers congestion and taking help from Taiwan could solve our telecom networks requirements by 2030.

Regarding policies of IT companies In most of the IT companies, the notice period is intentionally kept at 2 or 3 months by the employers to trap employees to make job exit difficult and to retain employees without a salary hike. This is a very serious issue, so I strongly insist on giving strict directions to all IT companies to make a 30-45 day notice period for all companies uniformly compulsory. If any company violates this rule, then the registration of that company should be cancelled on an immediate basis with the imposition of a high fine on them. Also, some companies maintain employees PF in their companies trust instead of transferring it to the EPFO account, so these kinds of things should be controlled by the labor and employment ministry by the competent authority, and strict action should be taken on such companies.

Regarding City Gas Distribution (CGD) authority With respect to the subject mentioned, I want to draw your attention towards the most important issue in Dhule district of Maharashtra: there is only one company, Maharashtra Natural Gas Limited (MNGL), having City Gas Distribution (CGD) authority to set up and operate CNG stations. Due to this, adequate supply of CNG is not provided to consumers due to poor management and supply chain, and hence I strongly insist on taking measures to provide authority to other major entities like Adani Gas Ltd., Gujarat Gas, Mahanagar Gas Ltd., etc., to ensure proper supply of gas. Also, there are various permissions that have to be taken from various authorities, which is very hectic and promotes corruption as well, so please streamline that process online by a single-window scheme to get all permissions in one place.
