Please try to cover all citizens under the National Food Distribution scheme so at least those people will get wheat sugar and grains, whether they don't have ration card. Many Street labour and their child are suffering for daily food.

All tax payers should have some benefit post retirement. It should be like 5% of the total paid tax paid in lifetime.
Govt should put total received tax money as incestment like government bound so that it will also return money to government.
All budget passed by government should have limit and based on utilization. Some of the budgets are in thousands of crores, a new city can be developed in this much amount.
SEZ in cities should have good development and infrastructure so that lacs of people can travel instead of just creating SEZ in outside of city.
All the approval in government work should be computerized and faster.
Government should make more short term jobs of 5 years so more youth can get employment.
School should educate kids regarding entrepreneurship.
All trafuc system in city shiukd have vigilance system so if any traffic violation happens tgen direct ticket ir challan send to culprit.

LTCG & STCG if not declared due to complicating calculations, results into losses to exchequer. Those dealing in financial securities should be ready to bear increase in STT type of transaction tax where these LTCG & STCG calculations can be abolished and ease of computation of preparing income tax returns can come into existence. Lesser hassle in computations will increase more people filing returns.Business class benefit because, their personal expenses are written off as business expenses. If we can manage to draw a line between salaried class and business class, the salaried class will benefit.
