I think Govt should focus on further improving education and health sectors. Need More Kendriya vidyalaya and AIMS. Middle class facility is struggling and spending lot of money in child education in the absence of quality govt school.

Please consider budgetary support or tax cuts or incentives to companies for promoting women employment to arrest the declining women workforce participation. It is reported that between 2010 and 2020, the number of working women in India dropped from 26% to 19%, Currently, the employment gap between men and women is about 58 percent point. It is estimated that closing that gap could expand India’s GDP by close to a third by 2050. Though women in India represent 48% of the population, they contribute only around 17% of GDP compared to 40% in China. Though honourable PM Modiji has prioritized job creation but not much has been done specifically targeting women workers. The upcoming budget can address this.

Do something for Private School teachers. Almost every Govt. Employee or every upper middle class person sending their children in private schools. Govt. teaching vacancies are very limited as compare of applicants. Private schools are also earning huge amount by doing the commercialization of education, and in this business the private teacher is the one who exploited most. Teachers are the nation builders, but can a private teacher may think to build his own house for his/children, while he is getting the salary from 5000- 45000 max. Due to high unemployment private schools hire qualified teachers on minimal salary, actually I should say wages. So Sir, please do something for teachers otherwise avoid complain about increasing corruption, crime rate etc. Thank you.

Budgetry Allocation of funds to strengthen the Libraries across the Districts to be spent by Collector overseen by District Magistrate. 1) Access to Libraries within 5Kms in each District. 2) Libarires to be tied-up with Post Office for Request/Return/Deliver/ Drop-off Books. 3) Link Libraries with Atal Innovation Mission and National Digital Library of India. 4) Bi-Weekly Activities (every other Wednesday) for the Students within the Library Range with respect to Health, Wealth, Arts(Visual, Performing, Literature), Sports, Technology, Civil & Law, Environment etc. 5) Availability of Apps similar to Overdrive to read and listen to books etc from across the World Culture and Thinking. Current Education System produces more Certificates and Degrees than Knowledge, Thinking, Innovation and Values resulting in weak Citizens, hence Weak Governance and Society with Pathetic Quality and Standards of Life and Living.
