Honorable Govt. It was published few days back in news paper that ESIC excess amount will be invested in share market, which seems not to an good move . Many employees are not getting total benefits of ESIC due to delay in procedures and crowded hospitals of ESIC. If the excess money is properly utilized in treatment of employees it would benifit many in large. Pls improve the facilities instead of investing the money paid by employees for the employees.

Please consider budgetary support or tax cuts or incentives to companies for promoting women employment to arrest the declining women workforce participation. It is reported that between 2010 and 2020, the number of working women in India dropped from 26% to 19%, Currently, the employment gap between men and women is about 58 percent point. It is estimated that closing that gap could expand India’s GDP by close to a third by 2050. Though women in India represent 48% of the population, they contribute only around 17% of GDP compared to 40% in China. Though honourable PM Modiji has prioritized job creation but not much has been done specifically targeting women workers. The upcoming budget can address this.

Request to extend Marathwada Express till Nashik Road : At present Train number 17687 and 17688 Marathwada Express is mixed train running in between Dharmabad to Manmad. This train's speed is Express up to Aurangabad and from Aurangabad to Manmad it becomes passenger. This train at present start from Dharmabad at 4 am , reaches to Aurangabad by 9:30 am and from that station it becomes passenger and reaches Manmad at 1pm. It stand there idle for two hours and again start return journey at 3 pm towards Dharmabad. while returning it reaches Aurangabad at evening 6 pm and Dharmabad at night 12:45 pm next day. So kind request to Railway Ministry to make this train Express throughout instead of present Mixed train and please extend till Nashik Road 73 kilometers ahead of Manmad. It will become best connecting train between Nashik Road and Hazur Sahib Nanded. Thank you.
