Comments on Discussion Paper on Methodological Improvements in Compilation of National Accounts Aggregates Using Expenditure Approach
National Accounts kisi bhi desh ki economic condition ko samajhne ka ek important tool hote hain. Expenditure Approach ke through GDP aur related aggregates calculate karna ek widely used method hai. Is discussion paper ka objective methodology ko aur accurate, transparent aur reliable banana hai, jo ek positive aur zaroori step hai.
Sabse pehle, data quality aur data sources par special focus hona chahiye. Expenditure approach me private consumption, government expenditure, investment aur net exports jaise components ka data alag-alag sources se aata hai.

feel that any government scheme should be implemented in such a way that the maximum benefit reaches the people. Ideally, at least 90% to 95% of the total allocation should be spent directly on beneficiaries, while only a minimal portion is used for administrative and other official expenses.
This approach will improve public trust, reduce wastage, and ensure that schemes achieve their real purpose at the ground level. When people see direct impact, participation and acceptance automatically increase.
