Dear Modi Ji & His Respected team ,
Please Do all Govt Transaction Through State Bank Of India as it is the largest bank.
First create a website for people to see The Tax Fund allocation for development in every area of the country.
People can easily track all money that goes from highest office to state level to district level.
Specify the amount of money transfer from one office to another & the date of transfer. Specify the official name of those who got the fund on the website.
Even if A local contractor wants to do corruption but they can't as all transactions will be done through one bank State Bank of India. Contractor only can take his profit from the SBI account & salary of labours but Rest amount for purchasing material needs to be funded directly to the sellers & they have to provide bill or gst.
SBI only needs to update the data on the website & Income tax office will handle the end quality control.

I suggest improving the accuracy of national accounts using the expenditure approach by integrating real-time digital payment and e-commerce data, including detailed regional and informal sector expenditure, and leveraging AI/ML techniques to analyze large-scale data. This will provide a more precise, reliable, and faster picture of economic activity, aiding better policy decisions.

Regarding reuse of STP water in train Toilet as a flushing water, my suggestion is for that...
Presently I am staying in Bengaluru city and observe the problem of STP water consumption. Society is utilizing this water in their toilet for flushing but it is returned back to STP tank and other use is for gardening purpose.
Sometimes society maintenance team is using for road cleaning but it is giving bad smell.
One small society of 400 flats, I observed daily one lac liter STP water is used for flushing and in gardening. Daily fresh 1.2 lac liter water is required for the society.
If this STP water can be used for trains bio toilet flushing purpose.
For an example of Rajdhani exp from Bengaluru to Haz Nz, total bio toilets are 104 nos and used 100 times for flushing in whole journey, it will require 10400 liters that is almost one tanker of water. Start from nearby societies.
If it is successful so we can replicate to other trains for long journey.

The discussion paper on methodological improvements in compilation is a timely and valuable initiative. Strengthening data compilation methods will enhance accuracy, transparency, and reliability of official statistics.
Adopting modern data sources, digital tools, and standardized methodologies can help reduce discrepancies and improve consistency across datasets. Capacity building and periodic review of methodologies will further ensure alignment with international best practices.
Overall, these improvements will support better policy formulation, evidence-based decision-making, and public trust in statistical outcomes.
