Invest 10000 crores every year into national Skilll development corporation to give training to BPL people through ITI's to develop skills which will make them employable. Quality educated skilled 1 billion Indians can go places all over the globe and bring back billions in repatriated money. India should use population as a strength by making everyone skilled. There should be a mechanism to identify the most suited skill for the people who are trained.

Many a times a student passed out with higher degree but don't get jobs of his/her desire, skills which leads to disappointment. in our country we don't have any policy regarding wages payment based on level of degree or education. why can't we have minimum wages to paid based on education. nowadays a graduate and PG student gets same salary which is not right. My only concern is we should define it

Make one year voluntary national service for every Indin and one year military service . Military service will make people nationalistic and make them fit and healthy mentally and physically. Huge productive output can also be obtained by these schemes and it is an investment for the future. People who do these should have preference for jobs and professional admissions.

I think higher education is not importent when we are trying to set up new policies. First of all we have to introduce traffic rules and symboles ,from std. 3 , and it should be introduce as new subject, and they should take its exam too. Up to std 12 , once it started as new subject i m sure after 10 years our country will be traffic sensible, even school going child will stop there parents if they are not following rules ,i think this way we can change our country.

Make India completely literate in 3 yeas employing retired teachers, volunteers and NGO's in a national movement like the did in Cuba. We have sill 60% of the illiterates after 65 years independence and it is a shame for a nation which wants to lead the world. The next step is skill development of the masses agin my a mass movement, identifying requirements and training in skills like driving, welding, and such vocational training as part of schooling so that everyone spends 5 hrs week on them
