1.Number of seats in MD/MS should be equal to that of seats in MBBS to impove the standard of medical practice in our country like that in USA 2.All private medical/ Engineering colleges/universities should take their students from a state/ central Govt conducted examination to prevent the auction of MD/MS seats in private medical colleges & to prevent creation of black money 3. Candidates of a specific religion should not be given preference e.g. in CMC Vellore , St jones Medical college , Bangalore , christian students are given preference. This can be removed by GOVT sponcered examination.

Also Adopt Best Practices from Germany, Norwegian Countries like Finland, Denmark, etc. Have Entrance Exam on National Level Just Like CAT for Teachers so as to raise the Standards. Make Certificate of Passing Compulsory for every one so he/she is to become Teacher. Have Assessments Every 2 Years of Teacher and Have Objective type test regarding syllabus they are teaching on Yearly Basis. Also Pay Scale should be brought on the level of Private Sector. Outsource Activities of Training Teachers.

First of all Change the History Syllabus because whatever we are studying is based on writings of Old British Adminstration which is not true in totality. So let have our own researched data regarding History of India from various sources available around the World and teach that to students so as to instill National Pride and Respect. Also Make tin Combat Compulsory for Kids so as to Make them Healthy Mentally and physically.

HE today is just studies from the prescribed text books. I would like the govt to partner with private HE publishers who has capabilities of delivering content with multimedia which can make the students understanding much better. A good example here will be of diesel engines working or of rocket propulsion. With the help of animations if we can showcase the working of engines and propulsion the students feel about the subject is much better that present. Add virtual labs to engineering etc

Our current education style refers to 95% of theoritical knowledge which is assessed entirely on the basis of marks/percentage scored. Little attention is given to practical know how and working knowledge. For higher study streams such as engineering, management or any other vocational course, if exposure to real/realistic scenarios is provided, a learning process will be initiated rather than cramming process. Multiple other skills are invoked while going through a practical study.

Just like engineering or commerce, skill development should be made a special field and there should be several national level colleges just for teaching skills like plumbing, electrician etc.

Cater all such professionals who are looking for job, or are willing to train teachers as well students. We can hire those people also who could not gain the certificate of professional course but having good knowledge of subject. It will create job opportunity as well as education sector will boom because of smart faculties.
