Creating life long learning skills is one of the major roles of technical and technician education in our country. Although the Skill Development Project is in vogue, it need to be sharpened for the quality of skill delivery. There are institutions opened by big universities and running Skill Development programmes for name sake. They charge heavy reimbursement from government and provide certificates to the participants without providing and purposeful skills. Such organisations need monitoring

The basic knowledge of our parliamentary constitution should be given by practicals and activities at our school and colleges. A person who votes should be given a weight age in selections of government jobs. This will motivate our students to come out of their shell and vote for the country...

Education at our schools should not be limited to books only. Basic art of living should also be taught in our schools. To Motivate our students joining Defence Forces, Defence Forces can also join hands with Central Govt Education Ministry and a Training of 1 hour on daily basis to handpicked students at our schools by the Army Personnels about life and living in defence forces, physical exercises related to defence Training will motivate our students in Joining Defence forces.

I feel from 8th standard onwards, the syllabus could take a tilt towards specific skills chosen by the student and cut down on the irrelevant stuff. As the student progresses towards 12th the intensity of the training could be raised. As the schools will have difficulty in providing the facilities for this training over a wide horizon, local businesses, small and medium industries as well as large corporates and universities could be roped in to provide the training at their places

New Education Policy be based on:- 1 one nation one board 2 no sectarian identity of institutions like minority, Christian or any other. All institutions are just that, institution,no separate adjectives 3 create Education Commission of India on the lines of Election commission with regional branches and to be manned by people of repute & impeccable integrity 4 Create an apec oversight committee 5 Bring Primacy to Indian languages, culture,knowledge & science curriculum 6 pride in teacher

Reservation Should be Removed from Selections of Teachers, Lecturers or anyone associated with education field as quality education to our children will help them grow better. Its a known fact that when we compromise on who we are selecting to teach our children the education is also compromised. Hence at least this sector should be free from any kind of greediness of vote bank or corruption. More importantly reservations has brought down the standard of our govmnts and our systems.

1. Pvt Companies/ Govt Organisations should be allowed to pick up desirous students from 10th class & train them in different fields like computer, IT, electician, weilding, plumbing etc & provide them work ( service). However they have to take a bond for some years to work for that company at reasonable salary.
