Nation building cannot be done due to hindrances in rajya sabha by undemocratic opposition.best ways is to pass all bills in lloksabha and forward them to rs. Do not respond to any query by putting black cloth on mouths of ruling party members till opposition behaves and stop all nonsense. Ruling party should lodge protest by keeping quiet.

The Indian government should partner up with US-based Indicorps. Through a partnership, the youth of Indicorps can work directly with youths in India in a whole gamut of projects with the shared goal of nation building. A much greater impact can be achieved if such a partnership is forged. The US created the Peace Corps during JFK's time. Perhaps GOI can create a similar organization except with a domestic focus instead.

A number of allowances to government employees like newspaper allowance, tuition fee, telephone & internet allowance are given against submission of bills which are then scrutinised by an army of clerks and accountants for their veracity. When PM himself has permitted self certification then why waste a huge manpower on the veracity exercise. Rather these bills should be self certified by the employee and payment be made. The manpower released should be used in fruitful work.
