Only way to discourage a rape is by a very strict law, so that a person should be terrified even by a distant thought of rape.This needs a massive debate with a definite time frame to bring out such law and implement..According to me only thing we need to take care of the misuse of this strict law.for open and shut cases like Nirbaya and yesterday's Delhi case, case should be closed in a month and there should be public execution of the culprit.please do this.

Why not develop transgenders as cab drivers. Give these cabs new color for easy identification. Train and educate them to drive cabs safely. Say good bye to MALE MOLESTING CAB DRIVERS. This initiative will not only give gainful employment to transgenders but will also bring in new sense of safety for female travelers. Of course India would be the first country to showcase a unique social movement which is a win win situation for all. We can organize this easily and successfully. Is it creative ?

Thus I recommend the government to appoint a retired Military personnel/scientist/Policeman or any other person to have an interaction with our school children on weekly bases and motivate them to build a better India.

A person takes a particular shape based on how he was molded in his childhood. Education, teachers and parents a play a very important role in this process. If a child gets a motivation from the people who are directly contributing to the country such as Military personnel /scientist /Policeman etc then definitely they will start thinking about country first instead of their own.
