The Government of India issued guidelines for the promotion of payments through cards and digital means on 29th February, 2016. The guidelines can be seen (here). A Committee was also constituted under the Chairmanship of Shri Ratan P Watal, Principal Advisor, NITI Ayog and Former Finance Secretary with key industry stakeholders, RBI and concerned Government Departments to review medium term measures necessary to promote the digital payment system in the Country. The Committee’s report can be seen here.

The Department of Economic Affairs, Government of India invites public Comments / suggestions on the report. We invite you to read the report and provide your valuable feedback and suggestions by 11th January 2017. The final decision on the Report will be taken after considering the comments/suggestions received on the Report.

digital payment can be made a huge success, 1.New law/ordinance formed to guarantee and safe guard money by undertaking from the central govt against any fraud.cyber crime or any other illegal action done. 2.Our infrastructure/internet gateway has to be strong and easy web accessibility and easy to use and friendly digital platforms formed even at remote villages. 3. cyber safety cell at all states level-quick intervention during any emergency 4.lucky draw to be continued to promote digital

Sir Prime Minister, I appreciate your digital India plan which we all should follow but some private hospitals were not taking cash digitally. They are charging huge money just for consult around 300 or 400. I advise you to take action against them immediately. With thanks Ashitosh Sah Lecturer physics Govt Inter College Patlot Nainital. In digital transfer of money it is necessary that the payer and payee should have only one bank account and a cell no can be used only in one account, then only the transaction can be effected. Whereas, the present senerio is different entirely. what is the solution to this?

first you have to maintain internet service properly, i m from hapur pin code 245101 Uttarpradesh, i am useing BSNL wifi service regularly but i m sorry to say you that our hapur bsnl department services is v v bad, not a single day we recv signal ful day, may be they are the govt servant and they have no duty to give good service. idea of cash lass india is v v good but first we have to make good internet service

I stay in Bangalore.Regarding cashless payments I have noticed that the Goverment organisations accept only cash payments for their services.Following are the important places: 1.Main Mother dairy outlet in Yalhanka New town. 2. All Metro stations.Even for buying the smart card for traveling by Metro trains we have to shell out cash only!!! Please do the needful.

all company who is can audit and all the political party and NGOs are shoud be all transaction above 1000 is must be in cheque and digital way
