I visited Narnaul, Haryana, my hometown recently. I was shocked to see nobody is shifted to e wallets/online transactions. The town does not have proper sewerage system and there is no garbage collection mechanism. The drains are all open stinking badly. I am surprised that Haryana is having BJP govt. Why should BJP form new governments in states if their people cant manage existing governments.

Every bank should come up with disposable cards of various denominations. These cards may be given to doctors, lawyers or in marriages for gifts. Once use they will be discarded and thrown. Thus no need to give cash to a doctor or in marriages. Also banks make an extra earning by selling these cards. But these cards have to be priced very low and affordable.

Dear Sir, I was at the Dighi post office in Pune recently to post a few correspondences. The bill for stamps came to Rs 47. I offered to pay this with card or Paytm. But the lady manning the counter refused to accept these modes and wanted me to pay in cash. When I reffered to the Digital India programme of GOI, she asked me to tell that to the PM and not waste her time. Her rudeness aside, why are govt undertakings not under the digital India programme when the common man is suposed to support

Make rules for banks to go to rural and remote areas as well. There should be a bank every 10 kms in rural India. If a bank opens seven btanches in cities it will have to open two in rural parts. If a person living in a big city quotes village address as permanent address he should also furnish his banking details in village. Thus banking becomes popular and a habit. When people have bank a/cs they have cards and when they have cards they have to use it. Simple.
