digital transactions upto 10000 to be free of any charges. all lodges, shops, etc, throughout india should use digital payments only. this will increase tax revenue. if possible swiping machines can be given with minimum rent or free to them.

Shopkeepers and Traders are not using apps widely in small towns. POS machines are taking time. Please promote UPI BHIM App. Also ensure proper grievance redressal mechanisms for UPI. I am struggling to get back Rs 20,000/- in failed UPI transfers.
Make wallets inter-operable. Or just like Kenya has m-pesa as the major app, have BHIM as the major app.

Sir, While the emphasis on digital and card payments is a great initiative, the banks are being cruel to customers by charging fuel surcharge. I drive a two-wheeler and cannot refuel for Rs.500 or more every time for waiver of surcharge. I kindly request you to give directions for removal of fuel surcharge whatever the amount. The citizens will embrace the cashless transactions with open heart if such meaningless charges are dropped.

The vegetable vendor in small towns may not have smartphones. His simple Rs 800/- phone, which can receive SMS without incurring data charge is there with him or her always. Please educate them (via newspaper ads, hoardings etc.) and let banks issue them mobile numbers and MMIDs on request. They can have this info as a card on their cart. Any customer with a simple phone can use USSD to transfer money to them or smartphone users can use SBI Buddy to transfer money to them. SMS confirms payment!
