If less cash is to be implemented high cash transactions can be taxed at optimum, maybe thousand rupees and above. Higher standard deduction will force the tax payers to show complete transactions. Additionally no person should be allowed to keep more than a stipulated amount as cash in hand, say two lakhs.

Cash transaction Tax may be levied on deposits/withdrawals from bank accounts beyond certain limit ( say, Rs.10,000). To prevent tax avoidance , no. of cash deposits/withdrawal may be limited, beyond which this tax is applicable. this tax should be more than the commission (which is to be reduced from current 2%), the merchant is required to pay on card payments so that it encourages cashless payments.

Charges on the digital transactions, be it credit/debit cards, NEFT, RTGS, Wallet, or any other mode, are the biggest deterrence for the public to adopt these. The first and foremost target should be to make these transactions at par with cash transactions. However little the charges are, cost is still the cost and makes public to think about it before adopting and adapting to it.

Honorable PM, I appreciate your thought of making Digital India. I also wanted india to use only cards for any transaction more than 100. Now its happening..
However remove services charges on debit/credit cards.Banks are charging service tax for transacting less amount.
Also I suggest not to print anymore 500 and 2000 rupees. Only 100,50,20,10,5 are good enough.

dear MODIJI..
it is very appreciable works done by you..
still we have to plan a lot to change the current situation..
my kind request is to give attention to the agriculture more..
give hand to farmers..
demonetize the 2000 rupee note also..
implement fine for every violation - even for putting wate in the public places, ..
destroy the plastic productions..

Sir
Owing to the fact of unawareness of cyber crime and security concerns along with the digital mode may lead to further more pain to the nation as a whole. let the concern leadership come up with more awareness and more secure transaction process.
