need to have a payment gateway which is totally free - for both buyers and sellers.. till the time there are transaction charges, people will not move to digital payments.
I was under the impression that *99# is totally free, but then learnt that some mobile operators are charging every time someone dials this number, even for checking balance!

#digitalindia sir please remove extra charges if we pay from debit or credit cards for sum amounting upto 10,000. This will also enhance the general public from paying by cards and the most important step for digital India.

Dear Modi sir your step towards digital transaction is nice but don't encourage Chinese POS machines and Atms. Your make in India scheme is good, but we Indians feel proud to see products of India.

Give the license of approving the ATM Card to above the 15 years old college students. Then the almost digitalized INDIA will made perfectly.
This is my humble request to My Indian Prime Minister Mr.Narendra Modi.

Many shops are asking extra 2% as banking charges for digital transactions that should be waived off.
Internet and network connectivities are the biggest bottlenecks.
Instead of giving prizes for digital transactions person, goverment can give Free internet to do digital transaction.
