our basic need is education. which give us employment.my suggestion is that(1) military training, education is compulsory from the childhood that is to our upcoming generation be strong, disciplined. just like in Israel.each and every school in India today physical fitness is zero.no discipline.(2)job oriented courses must promoted from early stage of education. each and every student have equal opprtunity to complete his goal to build the nation.(3) u must give free education to all the student

Sir now time come when people accept change.but poor people can't do that.because lack of money.if in village and town also some survey like voting comanion. People listen and obey it.but it is only for voting.for digital payment not done.if everyone have mobile.they have no money for Internet. So how can we call digital payment is successful. If poor used digital lif.it's success. So govt should look at this issue.if govt plan all have aadhaar card.they also plan for people how they get mobile.

Transactions above 3500 should be cashless. Aadhar Card number should be pnr number for booking railway tickets for convenience. Tax doctors with private clinics & tuition centres without 25% evs students.

If you really want to encourage the online transactions
1. Remove all the charges like surcharges and gateway fees for the customers and also for the merchants.
2. Improve the online security.
3. Should have a nodal agency for complaining the online fraud and must ensure safety to all types of users like merchants, consumers, dealers etc.
4. Must insure the online transactions so that the claims can be done fastly.
5. Remove the cash back or rewards and compensate the transaction cost.

Abolish service tax to the food joints in bill if they pay using digital mode. Presently many food joints don't make bills and avoid tax. This may help us increase tax bracket and promote digital payments. Also please make payment for buying selling all vehicles and electronics above 10000/15000 only by digital means. Please make transfer of lease agreement amount only by net banking or check and make PAN necessary for lease agreement.

When we are going to digital payment all mobile data provider company free data 250mb to each sim card every month. Also 0.75% Transaction discount for e wallet or card user. And digital payment free limit up to 2.5 lacs free from any type of taxes. So people may use it without any fear of Income tax and get benefit of refund. Bhim is a good application but we also prepare one more application or device that may use by uneducated people. Best may be voice system and approved by thumb impression.
