The Government of India issued guidelines for the promotion of payments through cards and digital means on 29th February, 2016. The guidelines can be seen (here). A Committee was also constituted under the Chairmanship of Shri Ratan P Watal, Principal Advisor, NITI Ayog and Former Finance Secretary with key industry stakeholders, RBI and concerned Government Departments to review medium term measures necessary to promote the digital payment system in the Country. The Committee’s report can be seen here.

The Department of Economic Affairs, Government of India invites public Comments / suggestions on the report. We invite you to read the report and provide your valuable feedback and suggestions by 11th January 2017. The final decision on the Report will be taken after considering the comments/suggestions received on the Report.

Dear Modi Thank word is so little against your developing work like ; cash less transaction , surgical strike etc, we are not able to suggest you but i have my opinion for you. R/sir Please do next surgical strike on electricity meter / bill. i found and mu personal experience that many many people have closed his electricity meter and charged rent full on his rent person who have one/ two room set .

many bank take sever charg for cridet card and debit card and i have kirana shop but i try to take swip michin for it but bank say i have to open crunt a/c and after 1mth i will get but the deposit is too much that i cant pay so i drop that but and swip machin is of 4000 to 5000 how can i pay i have smal shop and alsoo i try for mudra loan but bank did not give us the bank i have a/c he say he cant give bucause im not in ther area ward so i have to go in my ward bank but i went but no loan opana

I think govt should firstly focus on good internet connectivity and cyber security otherwise without good foundation it is impossible to achieve the target.Govt should connect all private e-wallet platforms to UPI,this will be very helpful because now a days there is so much confusion.

Now we are in focus of cash less india. but today I try to deposit fee by Credit card, of my daughter in her school " Tagore International Sr. Sec. School, Sahnewal, Ludhiana Pin 141120. but They told that 1% extra payable as charges on deposit by Debit or Credit card. then Why I'll deposit fee by Credit or Debit card? It is more easy to me to deposit fee by Cash only. and there are also so many shop keeper have not swipe machine, they have PAYTM but if we use PAYTM then there are we found very

Govt gives 0.75%cashback on cashless payment at petrol pumps. But bank charges 11.50 Rs. transaction charges on card payment. So I have purchased more costly petrol through cashless. Then how cashless transaction promoted at this condition. India largest bank say that this is our service charges how to successes cashless payment.

SIR WHERE IS CASHLESS PAYMENT AT OUR INDIAN HIGHWAY TOLL GATES???????????????????? AT NIGHT DUTIES ON INDIAN HIGHWAY TOLL GATES THE POLICE AND TRAFFIC OFFICERS COLLECTING AND FILLING THEIR SUITCASE / BAGS / BRIEFCASE WITH HUGE CRORES / LAKHS OF RUPEES MONEY COLLECTED BY HIGHWAY VEHICLES / DRIVERS.

sir i request to modi ji and jately ji plz give up service tax on cards swipe and online trascation , last day i swipe my card on a petrol pump i fill 330 rs. petrol but bank charge 340 ,i call banks toll free number but number busy. second limit of other bank ATM card swipe(5) remove because in these days limited ATM had money.sir i have a another suggestion all bank should followed standard FROM of deposit and withdrawal ( sabi banks ka ek he roop wala FROM huna chia) this condition help .
