Govt gives 0.75%cashback on cashless payment at petrol pumps. But bank charges 2.8% transaction charges on card payment. So I have purchased more costly petrol through cashless. Then how cashless transaction promoted at this condition.

At first No surcharge should be taken on payments made by swiping debit cards for any transaction otherwise why should we pay by digital process.

Many government entities need to collect money, but to collect they need to create there own infrastructure. Application like bhim should provide them the infrastructure to collect only money. Like Pune zoo, currently don't have digital collection. To create full infrastructure for zoo don't make much sense. People can pay it using ussd or Bhim

A lot people are taking new ATM cards for cashless transactions.Banks are also issuing same however as per procedure a card needs to be activated by first using same in issuing banks ATM. Most of the ATMs of co-operatve banks are closed and nationalized bank ATM pull huge crowd hence such people who received ATM cards after 8th Nov2016 are unable to activate their cards. Such people are in lakhs across country hence pl. allow banks to open ATMs for needs other than cash withdrawal.

Complain: In Gujarat Government as well as private CNG filling Centre Petrol Pump are charging Rs. 7.25 as Conv. charge & Rs. 1.09 as other tax charge on Rupay debit card. Suggestion: There is no facility of QR code at delivery point. because of non availability of this facility each vehicle owner has to go to managers office to scratch his card for making payments.

Keep the limit of ATM withdrawal at 4000rs. Asthere will be less currancy in the market people will definitely move to digital. Sime strict laws are needed like above 50000 transaction must be done digitally. Link all bank account by aadhar card and put 4000 withdrawal limit per aadhar number.

1) No surcharge should be taken on payments below Rs.10000/- made by swiping debit cards. 2) Swipe machines should be made compulsory for hotels and shops. Because the famous 'old chotiwala' hotel on 'har ki pauri' in haridwar verbally fought with me for telling him to accept cashless payment. We had to pay him Rs.710/- in cash.
