Sir, 1.In case of failed transaction at POS while paying by Debit Card, one has to go to bank branch ( BOI, Sanpada Branch in my case), and fill a form for claiming recharge to bank account. In case of failed transaction why cannot bank refund the amount on their own? 2.Now that cash is available in market, several shops say that their swipe machine is out of order. Make it mandatory for a shop to keep such machines in order. A down time study may help. Thanks a lot, Sadan Kumar Sinha

Dear Prime Minister, Heartily congratulations on success on Digital India. There should be readdress to the financial breach, which is carried out. I agree the RBI have already taken steps to implement 2 step verification. but, still the problem persist.I am a cyber fraud investigator and recently heard a student of agriculture college, not much financial fit faced the issue and fraud of 2k was done and many more like that. There should be online platform to report such frauds.

Sir, The cost of operation charged to the customer needs to be rationalised. Presently the charges are based on the value of transactions which becomes high/un-affordable when the transacted amount is high. This should be made a fixed charge for each transaction. There should be penalty for use of use of cash above a certain limit per transactions well in a month. Precautions to avoid rural people being cheated needs to top priority Compliments for making digital transactions a reality.
