Can we enable BHIM Payment Wallet App for Automated Toll Booth crossing instead of making cash / credit card payments as already Toll booths are capable to read number plates? If yes, it will save our time, money and paper while crossing Toll Booths and will be a boost for digital transactions. Please find the attached file detailing the idea - JJ

A few days ago, RBI imposed some transaction charge on using debit card for transaction on the other hand no charge while collecting money from ATM, shouldnt it be the opposite when you want economy to be cashless? More people will withdraw cash instead of doing direct transaction. plz look into it.

BHIM App has failed to live upto it's expectations so far. While we appreciate the effort that was put towards ensuring security of the app, the functional aspects don't seem to have been thoroughly tested. Please focus all attention to rectify all the hassles with the app and setup a helpline/task force to readily resolve all issues reported by users. First impression is the best impression & if BHIM continues to be found wanting in ease of use, people will stop using it. Urgency needed please.

Increase supply of currency of small denomination (say Rs. 10, 20, 50 and 100) to the system, so that people feel inconvenience in paying large sum of money in small currency notes. By this way, people would compel to use banking mode for payment of large sum of money.
