The Government of India issued guidelines for the promotion of payments through cards and digital means on 29th February, 2016. The guidelines can be seen (here). A Committee was also constituted under the Chairmanship of Shri Ratan P Watal, Principal Advisor, NITI Ayog and Former Finance Secretary with key industry stakeholders, RBI and concerned Government Departments to review medium term measures necessary to promote the digital payment system in the Country. The Committee’s report can be seen here.

The Department of Economic Affairs, Government of India invites public Comments / suggestions on the report. We invite you to read the report and provide your valuable feedback and suggestions by 11th January 2017. The final decision on the Report will be taken after considering the comments/suggestions received on the Report.

Make BHIM app to be effective with all RBI approved banks and all in one financial app like to recharge mobile,dth,all bills like EB,Gas,data card, landiline, book train ticket directly,movie ticket,bus ticket,flight directly from single window app so that most of user can be beneficial. More importantly increase number of merchant to accept payment via bhim app to thier bank. These will increase online transaction via BHIM app. Give some special discount/cash abck offer to users of BHIM app

The biggest opposition for digital payment by traders and public is because of transaction charges, levied by banks. Suggestion-These transaction charges should be borne by the government from the funds generated by the increased revenue due to digital payment.

All Airport Railway State Transport Hotels should accept Card payments. I was at Indore Airport & shocking experience was that manger refused card payment

Sir please extend the withdrawl of money froms different ATMs because banks are charging 23rs for each transactions in different bank atms.. Facing soo much problem

Digital payments would improve if govt give deductions to business and salaried in income tax in digital spending.Digitisation spending should be initiated in priority in govt departments payments and receipts.All govt departments should make payments to contractor workers directly in the workers accounts as per the amount agreed between govt and contract.Same scheme should be implemented in Pvt Sector also

well my business is money transfer and bill payments but due to demonetization our income is less but i support banking txn. even i use net banking from last 4 years for my business now come to the point. 1. most of labour don't have an account in my area and can not open in our are due to no local proof. so we need to solve it first.how? there is new option come as payment bank but they don't have an option for cheque collection please start it so mobile no.is an account

for the rural area as well as urban area, if there is possibility for payment and receipt by aadhar ( finger scan) then there should be also changes in as mobile no, address etc. by aadhar (finger scan) and MSG should be send in Hindi via MSG. so that fraud could be minimized....

Software security alert programs: We can make such security alert program's which can send us messages when anyone login to our important software. This messages can be through email, facebook, twitter etc. It can also send us messages when a particular folder or file is accessed but the only condition that we should have internet active on our computer.Second method is that it can record all activities of the computer that what process is going Remaining in the image...........

The digital payment movement is being discouraged due to additional transaction charges charged by the banker(s) on each transaction. Thereby, leading to extra cost incurred by the customers and dissatisfaction as a consequence. Ex- presently, Cost of domestic LPG cylinder is Rs. 654/- discount allowed by IOCL for online payment is Rs. 5/- and Transaction charge levied by SBI is Rs. 8/- thus, total cost comes to Rs. 657/-. Finance Ministry should look into this to make the movement a success..

Voice recognition and detectors We can also make software for voice recognition.These software can be of different types. With the use of voice we can run our whole computer system.Even we need not to touch computer.We can train software and can do anything on computer with our voices. Voice recognition can also be helpful when it listen's new or strangers voice whose information is not already available.it can be used with image based recognition remaining in the image.........
