Why do students end up with giving lots of money for higher education when government is collecting higher education taxes!

zero cost prevention of swine flu, and airborne viral and bacterial illnesses 12 Who knows, If we all clean our nose like this after coming from outside we may be able to prevent all airborne viral and bacterial illnesses. Like common cold, measles, tuberculosis etc. This needs tobe studied. We and or ICMR can do this. Our post graduates & 400 medical colleges can do this Ask them to study this. Dr. Hemant Joshi

Zero cost swine flu prevention 11 This is safe. How it works? 1.The water physically removes all the allergens. Dust, viruses, and nose secretions. 2.Our body has 0.9% salt / saline. This water has little more salt. It is hypertonic. That bring out water from the swollen nose walls and opens the nose. Osmosis. 3. The viruses are very delicate. They die with lukewarm water. This reduces virus load. We may not get illness, or we may get a mild illness.

swine flu 10 Result:My nose and throat is clear. All time. No nose block. No snoring. Earlier with all medicines i was sick. Last 2 months I am good. My nose block interfered with breathing. That gave me disturbed sleep. So at day time i was always drowsy.Day sleeping. With brain working poorly. This can cause accidents and memory loss. Job loss. This has changed. It has given me new life. Tell this to all who always have cold, allergic rhinitis, nose block, snoring

Swine flu 9 I have allergic rhinitis. I get nose block each night. I snore. Since 16.12.214,learning from yoga,I do this each morning. I take 100 ml. lukewarm water. A add a pinch of salt. I put some of this water in one nostril & bring it out from another. The i put it some of this water in from another nostril& bring it out from first nostril. Then I drink some of this water by both nostrils & bring it out from mouth. I spit it out. This removes all the dirt & secretions.

Swine flu 8 Take some lukewarm water in palm of one hand. Put hand to your nose in such a way that water can enter the nose. Now bend head back words. The water will enter the nose and then enter throat. You can bend forward and bring it out. You can spit it out through mouth. That cleans the nose and back of throat. There is no other known way. Take half glass [ 100ml.] water. Put a pinch of salt, This becomes saline. This is still better. Millions of yoga guys do this.

Swine flu 7 4.I am writing following lines after doing it. This is new. Take it with clean slate of mind. Try and benefit. DO mouth gargles. That will remove dust, virus [ if any] etc. from mouth. How about washing nose from inside? This is new. Read carefully. Swimmers know that water enters nose and then it goes in throat. Then we spit it out or drink it. Try what they do as follows.

Swine flu 6 On coming home, have a bath. Best thing to do in summer that lasts 10 months a year. At least wash hands and face. That cleans skin. But virus sits on our inner lining of mouth and nose and throat for a day or 2 and then enters inside. Can we remove it? Try this. DO mouth gargles. That will remove dust, virus [ if any] etc. from mouth. How about washing nose fr
