Swine flu 5 We have asked government to follow WHO. WHO says, add 1 vitamin D, 2 Folic acid, 3 B 12 ,4 iron to foods consumed by all so that all get it.Share this with all. Faster than flu illness. DO this to avoid cold and flu, swine flu.1.Keep 6 feet away from person having cough and cold. Do not shake hands with them. Do not embrace them. 2.If you do shake hands, wash hands. Do not put fingers in mouth or nose.

Swine flu 3 1.Afternoon Sunlight gives maximum vitamin D free. Morning and evening sunlight is a poor source. Wear respectable clothes that sunlight to fall on maximum skin surface. Smaller sleeves of hands are better. Sleeve less is best. Half pant is great. We have nothing to hide below knees. Similar respectable dress for women, 2.6 lakh units of Vitamin D injection costs about rs. 25. 3.3 lakh units Injections costs about rs 15.

Swine flu. 2 Had this happened elsewhere, they would have given vitamin D to all on war footing. Let us help ourselves. We did 1000 sample of children. 85% of our normal children had low vitamin D. Studies of resident doctors, executives, show that all of us are vitamin D deficient. All get illness but they become serious whose vitamin D is low. They get diabetes, severe asthma, heart attack earlier. Help yourself as follows. For life time. Change now. Or regret.

Honorable PM sir , please look in to educational loan interest rate. There is great variation between Nationalised banks and commercial banks. For God's sake please make all the banks in India for educational loan same interest rate ..fixed for all the banks. This will boost all our country students. For your info ING vysya bank charges 20.35 % interest rate. Horrible. Thanks

The complaint about brain drain is unjustified keeping in mind the exploitation with respect to salaries in India. Promotions should be made on the basis of capabilities and not on the basis of seniority like government organizations in India. Skills are not utilized properly here and salary increases on the basis of seniority and not talent. We need RTI to ensure the government works properly for creating infrastructure, else our taxes will keep rising to compensate for the poor.
