PM sir, I heard your speech on Radio "Man ki bat" very excellent, Hartley touched speech. sir, I have one daughter, no other child.She is studying in First year B.D.S. in Gujarat.When She was study in S.S.C.& H.S.C..First she read Tex-book with mobile phone and she record that lesson in mobile. and one by one she recorded all lesson of all subject in mobile. When revision started she was not read but only listen all lesson in mobile. and she was got good result in board with 92%. so my child.

I Anil Kumar wants your kind attention on high interest rate on education loan. The interest rates on education loan are quite high and interest starts from very first installment . Interest should be started after completion of persons education or interest rates should be lower depending upon the income of family. So that poor people can also think for higher education. Please think and implement as it is necessary to promote education in poor families also.

I wish the new education policy will make it possible that the best talent (and not the mediocre) gets attracted towards teaching. For this the atmosphere in our universities has to be conducive for all sorts of intellectual activities. Perks and promotions should be such that best people consider teaching a viable career option. Our universities need to converted from 'teaching university' to 'research university' mode. People must be given financial rewards at part with their performance.

Budget provision of Central Govt. for Higher education shall be enhanced.Sponsorship by Industry/Institutions for pursuing higher studies shall be promoted with suitable schemes declared by central govt.No loss- no profit institutions shall be established in joint sector by aid and control of govt with co operation of Universities,industries and banks to impart higher education in new areas of knowledge like bio technology,remote sensing,robotics,medical instrumentation,advanced electronics etc.

I studied in missionary school where after school hours in the same compound there is another night school from 4 pm to 8 pm for the economically backward section. They have access to same infrastructure like classroom, toilets, playground. Only teacher and support staff salary is needed which is funded by voluntarily by day school students. This should be made compulsory for all the private run school as the poor students will have ready infrastructure. Teacher have to be taken care off.

In Union Budget every thing is conveyed in the form of % of GDP, My Suggestion is footer or at some point 1% of GDP equivalant to approv Value in terms of Rupees should be mentioned in Union Budget

Janta ke paison ka banderbat hota hai. Jitna Education ke field me Higher education ke nam per curruption hai sayad hi kanhi aur hai. Per aam janta ko eski koi khabaer nahi. Our money is scarce so govt should finance for only fruitful result.Financing for Higher Education is necessity but should also be accountable.

Review higher education course content and precise employment needs for the relevant field and eliminate unnecessary parts for economic viability. Due to vast developments in interdisciplinary fields, there is no meaning in studying all the facets. Example; Civil engineering covers structures, soil mechanics, hydraulics, public health, waste treatment, pollution, construction, planning seldom required for single job. Alternatively, Google search has made easy access to vast knowledge.

There should must perfomance based sallery system and promotion system in schools.
