I Think,there should be meaningful interaction with industries and pharmacy companies as well, students of 11th and 12th standard of Maths and Biology respectively.By which they can easily know about the actual requirements of companies and also can choice the specific trade what they want to be choose as career.same as, for commerce students, there should be interaction with CA professionals.To make it necessary for students, there should be additional marks or grade in BOARD Examination.

Education should be according to student's interest.it should be vocational.

I stay in Indonesia, Here I experienced a practice that every school child who study high school n above undergo 2 months practicals in summer vacation in any kind of business be it small medical shop, book shop or a big industry. Its obligatory to business to train them n the child has to submit a project report on their learning.

I like the idea of Mr. Rajendra Pethe. Who recommend Intership Program. In the our country so many Large and Medium Industry and also Government has so many Industry. So students of Engineering must be full time apprenticship. And Each and Every Technical Institute must be tie up with the Industry. And Government also make some rules for this matter.

I recommend German Internship program for our vocational training. Tata motors is running similar program since last 40 years at Pune plant. The name of the program is FTA (Full time apprenticeship). The students can pursue Diploma and part time degree afterward.

India is in a precarious condition of becoming completely mechanized and industrialized country as a result of LPG. A day is not too far on which we need to depend on countries like Burma and Bangladesh for our food. Agriculture should be promoted with utmost priority and lakhs of acres of farm land should not be allowed for industrialization. Industrialization is the root cause for all sorts of problems including environmental pollution.

There should be close interaction between university/college and industry. At least one subject at U.G.level should be industry requirements based. Syllabi may be frequently changed as per latest requirements.Persons from industries be put in committee of courses and may give lectures at colleges at least once in a week and train students at their premises.If found suitable, they must give employment or encourage students for self employment.Listing of local and small scale industries be done.

the engineering colleges particularly need to be linked to the respective industries directly.The diff public as well as private sectors should be linked which provide studnts easy facility for intrnships, knowledge about the technolgy & skill development. like wise the railways ,shipyards,etc should reach out to the students,this will enhance the sectors to get new ideas ,so it will provide a mutual growth to students & sectors
