practical knowledge with rote learning is still not useful, you will still search a predefined job in which you got training and you will do that job in same way. Critical thinking and idea generation is most important to build the career of student. A good teacher should be taught the subject in such way that will increase student's thinking power - i.e. student centric education method rather than teacher centric present method.

This can be easily done if the govt makes it mandatory for all govt and private company's to provide mandatory internship/training to a predefined number of students each year. It can be based on the number of employees that work in the organization. e.g if the organization has 1000 employees they should compulsorily provide training to 100 people (10% of 1000) each year. The duration of training should also be set as minimum 2 months or above. it can be made part of their social responsibility.

Experienced professional of engineering industry should be allowed to take up jobs in Engineering Colleges ( 5+ years experience). Since Engineering is all about remaining along with the new technology. Industry people from their experience can also provide good technical knowledge to the future students. Along with professors, these individuals may contribute towards more "SKILL DEVELOPMENT"

Respected madam ,I have completed BE from EC branch in 2013.But I don't get any job . Madam first of all I would request you pls close all the collages in which no campus arrive .Madam humare parents unki sari income humko padane me laga dete hai ye soch kar ki hum pad kar unka sapna pura karenge par phr jb study puri hone par b job nahi milti to vo b tut jate hai or hum bhi.kahi bhi jao interview ke liye to kahte hai experience lao ,madam aap bataiye jb aap job he nahi denge

VACATION GIVEN TO STUDENTS AND TEACHER NOT TO ENJOY BUT IT SHOULD BE UTILIZE FOR SKILL DEVELOP MENT OR SOME VOCATIONAL TRAINNG ACCORDING TO THEIR AGE

AT DEGREE LEVEL EACH STUDENT SHOULD GIVE 12 HOURS A WEEK TO INDUSTRY ACCORDING TO HIS INTEREST.
