Employability of our students is a matter of concern. At the other end of the spectrum is need for greater investment in research. Industry academia linkages are essential to meet both these ends. While we have various efforts in this direction, these have not fructified as expected. We need to find out how and what is needed for a more fruitful partnering.

PLZ built the policy that the any state govt. should be able to requit or appoint teacher in every class wise process the primery level shcools . thankyou

There should be mandatory industry internships in professional courses where the student gets a chance to gain practical exposure to work environment of the industry he/she chooses to join in future. Mere academic knowledge is insufficient to succeed in career. Things like attitude, behaviour, and teamwork also matter which can only be learnt in a corporate setting.

We need to adapt to more pratical approach to Schooling rather than only textbook methods. Our current curriculum is out dated and it not in line with changing technological trends. What needs to be done is a project needs to be given to all govt institutions like IIT/IIM to do projects which are used to revolutionize this system IIT- Task each post graduate student or group of student to do project on Waste management/traffic management etc

For creating a smarter India we must need practical education specially in Management,Engineering & Medical studies. Colleges & students should work on some practical project so that the lack of project management can be solved

In the engg education and industry directed linck. For exmpal the evry collage and univercity are donate the industry and totally education are depand on that industry requarment the total education are given in that univercity are happen on the industry under instrucation

Design a module of say one semester in Railway Engineering(civil,electrical,mechanical and electronics)and attach with railway trg institutes.Incorporate a clause in PMC contracts that education in synergy as above is preferred for employment as expert.see the quality improvements in execution of projects and employment opportunities.Business plan can be designed for self sustenance of these knowledge centers.Win-Win situation.
