Manual scavengers are largely illiterate and have no exposure or aptitude for doing business or taking up self employment ventures.  This makes their rehabilitation in alternative occupations very challenging.

\

What are the ways in which the manual scavengers can be gainfully employed in other occupations, so that they do not return to manual scavenging? Participants may share success stories that they may be aware of.

Please see if it can be increased to at least 700-800. i am aware of the need to kepp the mesages limited though but it shoulb be able to accommodate the ideas in a meaningful manner. I wish you continue to be our beloved PM for atleast next 10 yrs. Thanks a lot sir with a great deal of regards.

Wind energy is being used for generation of power. Similarly, a number of small fans can be fitted on roof of each coach of a train. Whenever the train runs, these fans will rotate at a very high speed and this energy of rotation of fans can be utilized for generating power. This power will suffice at least for lighting the train and running ceiling fans fitted inside the coach, if not for more. I am sure rly. Engineers can work on this idea to produce wonderful results.

Hon'ble Prime Minister of India Sir, I would like to draw the attention that the natural heritage of Assam, in Dhubri district different migratory birds are coming from different places of the world in the winter season. Birds are captured by the hunters with the help of Govt officials but, the forest department is maintaning silence in this regard. Birds are brutally killed and sold it to the Goverment officials with high prices. In this way the natural beauty is destroying.

On its presentation in the fair it obtained wide acclaim from all, including the print as well as the visual media. This model has been adjudged as one among the best and obtained high grading. This system can be made operational with less investment and the techniques used in the miniature model itself will be sufficient for real life models.
