Few might be genuine beggars, few might be as easy choice or by tradition. Need to make arrangements for them: Skill development and job. Asking and giving beg should be a criminal act.

New electronics with upgraded technology are exclusive and render old electronic items useless. A significant number of electronic products is paralleled by an equivalent amount of e-waste, their radiation which pollute Air, water, and soil. Provision for this must be taken into account.
Moreover, waste management should not be confined to water waste. Other aspects must be incorporated.capacity building of municipal workers will add to the efficiency, coupled by a smart infra.

Through a vision, a special layout at traffic intersections, it is possible to speed up traffic at traffic intersections, so that 35% -50% more vehicles can go through the intersection in a given time - smoothly and more importantly safely for both vehicles and pedestrians. Each smart city or may be current cities should have single office under one roof for all public services like Tax, passport, insurance, land registration, utilities services and bill payments etc. with centralized data center to have access for customers' all details, so the people can query or avail all public services under one roof hassle free.

In Smart-city make it mandatory for every businessmen and street-vendors of monthly transactions of more than rs10000 to keep either Point-Of-Sale machine or UPI app plus accepting payments by cheques. This way we will give people choice to use cashless way of transactions. Also waive service tax on card-based transactions upto rs30000 and give Point-of-sale machines free of cost. It will encourage the people of Smart-cities to move towards cashless economy.
