Janitor Monitor..... In order to ensure toilets in government schools and government run organisations are kept clean, the janitors should ensure that the student or person using the toilet leaves it clean. A fine of Rs. 1 for school children should be imposed for leaving urine or faecal stains on the commode and it should be upto Rs. 500 in places like international airports. There is nothing more demoralising for a janitor to be constantly cleaning other peoples excretion.
