Just sweeping and collecting garbage and leaving it aside will not solve the problem. A comprehensive scheme from cleaning to ultimate waste management needs to be thought of and implemented. Currently, all garbage collected is merely dumped at another part of towns/cities, causing problems to residents living around garbage dumps operated by corporations/cantonment boards

installation of dustbins, GPS tracking device should be installed in the machines used for garbage collections so that each and every machine can be managed by one center widout any corruption , paymennt should be done by d distance travelled as recorded on d gps device and the track should displayed by a digital meter availabe on the department website
