As govt is planning for e-governance services, instead of launching new e-services, govt must initially focus on the existing e-services for citizens like e-voter registration which is almost idle for almost every part of India(specially UP) except metros and few other cities. Government must first try to improve their functionality and efficiency of these e-services first which are very essential. I have applied for 3 times in e-voter registration and it always shows pending status on website.

Mr PM Sir, To start with i am a big fan of your Smart City concept , I would like to contribute an idea for the same. For any smart and growing city smart police is a must so if we take the case of traffic police they generally are dependent upon Traffic Camera's and Radio chatters for Traffic Management , If we can develop a system to provide them a centralized view of city's traffic by analyzing the "Handover" data information of Cellphones a cheap and smart monitoring system could be created

I would like to request the implementation of CREDIT / SEMESTER system in the health Education of India. This system is excellently followed in Medical / Dental and Engineering Colleges of foreign nations. This system provides a greater freedom and Independence in his/her education. As you know there is Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) which is going on very well in Gujarat and other system like Credit Based System (CBS) which has to be implemented in all the Universities of India.

Dear PM Sir, Bridging the Digital to Smart Cities for economic development should get all the basic facilities like 24x7 water supply & energy, efficient urban mobility, good governance, ICT, safety etc. based on we will be implementing project reports(SRS), ICT framework, Common Service Centers, Nagarpalika Database Information System, four pillar of Institutional, Economic, Social, Physical Infrastructures in PPP(public private partnership) method on sharing with State and Central Governments.

Dear PM Sir, Digital Services to rural in a Single level platform of providing all government schemes and services, build all infrastructures, technologies development, promotes rural entrepreneurship, builds rural capacities and livelihoods. The strategy has been evolving with time, and taking into its new approaches such as participatory local community to all Government agencies through common service centers. Grampanchayat will have every 5000 or more population contain one unit of CSC.

Education should be interactive; Digital Games are more powerful ways to create interaction between student and subject. I think if we can plan properly we can convert whole mathematics into games; i love to see student should learn by playing the game. Games should demand them to learn, so they will get a requirement to learn now the interest will raise. if this approach is take for teaching we can see miracles in learning world

My Digital kiosk idea says that concurrent monitoring chain work simultaneously for basic needs of people e.g. food, water, electricity etc. alongwith government policies like for railway, telecom, nagarpalika etc. Each city has one governing council that will be connected from digital kiosk of village, town and cities of all over india. Governing council reporting to neeti aayog. That concept can work with modern networking technologies increase the awareness and access of digital service.

Dear PM Sir, to make the Digital India it is necessary that each and every people should be aware about Computer.But the fact is that there is lack of Computers and trainers in our country...Specially in rural areas Again I have noticed that Many Government Project like Website or software for Government are purchased from 3rd party Developers... It should not like that...Instead Govt. should form a Organization in which he will recruit the employees and develop his own Project with minimum Cost

देश में सिर्फ एक ही ID होनीचाहिए जो की आधार कार्ड होना चाहिए कोई भी व्यक्ति उस वेबसाइट में जा कर उसका नंबर टाइप करके उसका नाम ,फोटो ,पिताजी का नाम, माताजी का नाम , dob,height आ जाना चाहिए जिसे उसके असली id होने का प्रमाण मिल सके यदि उसने कोई गुनाह किया हो तो इसके साथ WANTED भी लिखा आ जाना चाहिए ताकि उसे पुलिस के हवाले किया जा सके होटल बुकिंग करना,रेल रिजर्वेशन करना ,बैंक अकाउंट,बिजली बिल, नया सिम हर जगह इसी ID का इस्तमाल होना चाहिए घरमें नौकर रखना हो तो हम खुद ही उसका verification कर सके id
