There should be a online feedback system available where both the party can share their feedback after closing of the case, whether they have got proper justice or not. If they have not satisfied then they should able to upeal in higher court from there online only. Most of people having very bad experience and impression on our lawyers. Because these lawyers never want close your case ASAP because that is the source of their income. So the every lawyer and case should have SLA & need to follow.

People of India should have facility to file any court case ONLINE then they should be able track their cases online, get intimation about various attendance dates via sms and email. There should be a verified and validated online lawyer directory available. So that people will not get trapped and misguided any unauthorized person who says himself as lawyer. All the lawyer, authorities, officers contact details available online and they should be reachable.

We can digitize and automate the system and processes in our courts including supreme court, high courts, district courts, family courts, criminal courts etc. So that all the cases and hearing details will be managed through computers and all the courts are interconnected via centralized server/database to exchange the information. This will help to increase efficiency by closing case quickly. Help to resolve issue like - file missing, unavailable in particular area/district/state etc.
