To bridge govt. and people ,there should be centralized information for people.I think Govt. should have its own search engine...jese google sbhi jaankari search krk deta h in the same way gov ka search engine search in govt database only .... deliver people what they are looking for about govt...all the govt links should be there so that people can find them easily...A centralized site for summary of all the govt. sites so that people can search and get what they are finding....

Dear PM, it is better if you personally look into every land acquisition case if the land acquired is just and good purpose. Besides, take opinion poll in every area or district about certain project to be done and land aquired, if people of that area or district approve it. I f they approve it go on with it. If they don't then stop it, it is them who will lose longterm. Each area people have each kind of mindset, so dont go with a single way to do land acquisition. Bill is not enough for this.

In rural India, specially the bigger cities, the young citizens who are more conversant with technology can be encouraged to come forward and assist/help the geriatric/elderly citizens and make them aware and use the facilities introduced by the government. These facilities for geriatrics could range from medicine, health, entertainment, housing, house-help, etc. This way, the involvement of both the young and elderly will help bridge the gap between, age, technology and government-citizen.

first obstacle for digital divide is bad or no connectivity in various areas. Since if internet and mobile or handheld devices r to b used then connectivity should be UNIVERSAL, UNIVERSAL ACCESS i.e. available to everyone. GRAM SUVIDHA KENDRA can be opened in each village/ward with SOLARPOWER as backup. solar powered mobile towers. that means research on SOLAR energy has to b speeded up? who will do? YOUTH in TECHNOLOGY INSTITUTION? r to b encouraged. SMS based networking wil work but howlong?

good database at village level is must for country. earlier DPC district planning committes were promoted alongwith panchayats. But panchayats cannot do planning & development in absence of their data. be of natural resources in their village, infrastructure, population-demography of village, livestock popln, agri data, soil datacard, occupation data, education/skill database, But Some one has to take first step. Who will create these database-Why not govt departments? or panchyat? who will fund?

digital to me meant a secure database having multimedia structures. Be it Ration card database, Aadhar, NPR, VoterID list-electorate list, Patient database, School MIS, Govt Servant database, Private entreprises registered with authorities,PAN, now there is LPG usersdata, all such database should be interconnected. To be made accessed from every panchayat, POST OFFICES, TEHSIL,BDO, District(DC office), PoliceStation, Then we can think of a DIGITALINDIA. database 2 b created at Village level

NOW THIS WILL HELP IN CONTROLLING HUMAN TRAFFICKING.SUPPOSE A CHILD IS KIDNAP AND IS SICK IN THIS INTERVAL.THE CHILD IS TAKEN TO DOCTOR. THE DOCTOR VERIFIES ITS FINGER PRINTS AND ITS FACE, FINDS THAT THE KIDNAPPER ARE NOT GUARDIAN,CALL POLICE AND CATCHES.
