6. Govts schools require big boost in terms of infrstructure and facilities. 7. biggest revolution required are in terms of the quality of education being provided in rural areas as compared to the urban areas, specially so in quality of teachers, instructors etc.

some views which i would like to share 1. Digital divide exists because villages being neglected by the govt as well as corporates. for eg connectivity. similarly in other cases too. 2. quality of education in the rural remains unchecked and neglected. 3. basic facilities provided in cities should also be made available in rural areas. 4. Cutting on internet & data costs. 5. Removing the bar of roaming charges and bring in Pan India tariffs

Like Amazon and flipkart, Rural development dept should create a marketing portal for selling Indian handicrafts and Indian goods made by ngos sponsored by the dept/ nabard/ drdas etc. This will give boost to rural economy. It should follow a market place model and the responsibilities should be given to state rural development dept. They may create a separate organization structure for this.

Use of Lie Detector in Court •The new decision of court's of solving each case in 5 years will be appretiable than earlier situation. But it means each case will be solved in 15 years (5 years in each level of court). •Most cases is stretches too many years because someone is telling lie in court. •In court any witness, criminal put his/her hand on their holy book(Geeta,Bible, Quran etc.) & said I will say only truth. But the Question is "Is they really say truth after taking pledge (shapat)
