The Logo should be relate to the national objective of Broadband for all Rural (Gram Panchayats) to provide services like e-Governance, e-education, remote health monitoring, ...
The Logo should be relate to the national objective of Broadband for all Rural (Gram Panchayats) to provide services like e-Governance, e-education, remote health monitoring, weather and agriculture, etc. to rural community. NOFN project will provide fibre connectivity to all the 2, 50,000 Gram Panhayats (GPs) in the country.
This task seeks inputs to design a Logo for National Optical Fibre Network (NOFN) Project initiated by USO Fund of Department of Telecommunications.
The last date of submission is 1st January, 2015.
The winning entries will be awarded cash prize of:
1. First Prize - Rs. 51,000/- (Prize money inclusive of taxes if any)
2. Second prize - Rs. 31,000/- (Prize money inclusive of taxes if any)

Brand Name: GramIN
Tagline: Gram Pragati, Desh ki Unnati
The shape of a hut is reflected in this logo having the front as tower of network and rest part completing it to be a hut of a village. Both logo and brand name represents reach of network to villages bearing a national objective.
The tagline represents that the development of the country can only be achieved with the progress of our Villages. Our simple village community can easily understand the idea of government with this image.

SIR--maine logo banaya apna soch ko aap tak pouchane ke liye..sir sirf paint pe banaya..logo ki back ground kohi bhi colour aur B/W ho sekta ..

Logo components:
-LAN port (yellow in color) = Broadband
-Banyan tree = Panchayat
-Tree growing in LAN port = Panchayat growing due to technology
-Tree's branches = Network
-Logos around the trunk = Benefits from the network
-Rising sun = new beginning
