Maternal death is happening now also, especially due to lack of Free medical facilities in the nearest locations. If a pregnant women suffering from a severe labour/delivery pain and the government hospital is far away from that location means, people are helping to save the life of the baby and the mother, initially they are admitting that women to the very nearest private hospital, but that hospital is not allowing, they are asking for the initial hospital and admission fees to start the treatment, without money they refuse to start the treatment, this makes very high risk for the pregnant women. My Suggestion for this is, Every hospital in India must admit and give the treatment at the free of cost, for the pregnant women suffering from severe labour pain in order to save the life of both the mother and the baby. Hi Sahil Dhaneshra,23, was killed by Akshatra Singh, 17, through scorpio car. Akshatra Singh was not alone in the car, his sister was also with him,who was making a reel and front of their car, Sahil was driving his bike. He was going for his interview and suddenly,just for fun,Akshatra Singh hit Sahil when he overspeed the car and Sahil because of haemorrhage in brain and multiple fractures,died, about 2 hours, his body was on the road and he died. What a shame that our police did, the gave bail to Akshatra, because he was 17? NO. Because Akshatra was rich his father is a rich businessman and because of this he and his sister got freedom to just for fun, kill a human and enjoy...what a shame ...And not only Sahil has been killed, In India , every second, a woman is being raped, a middle class men is being treated like he is nobody and Big businessman eat people through their power and status in society....Now I feel shame that I live in Bharat....please do action.

Dear PM Modi sir, Eventhough there is a possibility of Normal delivery for the pregnant women, Many private hospitals are doing cesarean for the sake of money. Please find the attachment. आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, बदरपुर घाट बारक वैली असम का रेलवे लेवल क्रॉसिंग समस्या चीरता हमेशा के लिए समाधान हो जाएगा अगर सिर्फ 800 metre road connection kar diya jaaye। इस लेवल क्रॉसिंग के चलते बहुत आदमी का ट्रेन मिस हो जाता है यह रास्ता एक गुरूत्वपूर्ण रास्ता है। आज तक इसका समाधान किसी ने नहीं निकल पाया ध्यान से किसी ने इस काम को हाथ में नहीं लिया यह काम करने के लिए ज्यादा पैसा कभी जरूरत नहीं है दो-तीन करोड़ रूपया में यह समस्या का समाधान आसानी से हो जाएगा

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, आपके संपूर्ण कार्यकाल के दौरान पूंजीपतियों को कथित रूप से लाभ पहुँचाने और वित्तीय नीतियों की निष्पक्षता को लेकर लगातार प्रश्न उठते रहे हैं। विपक्षी दलों का आरोप रहा है कि सत्ता के प्रभाव का उपयोग कर सरकारों को अस्थिर करना तथा अपने अनुकूल राजनीतिक परिस्थितियाँ निर्मित करना आपकी कार्यशैली का हिस्सा रहा है। हाल के अंतरराष्ट्रीय विवादों, विशेष रूप से तथाकथित “एपस्टीन फाइल” से जुड़े मुद्दों को लेकर भी आपकी भूमिका पर चर्चा हुई है, जिससे देश की प्रतिष्ठा प्रभावित होने की आशंका व्यक्त की गई है। इसके अतिरिक्त, चीन और पाकिस्तान जैसे पड़ोसी देशों से संबंधित नीतिगत मामलों में अपेक्षित सफलता प्राप्त न होने की भी आलोचना की जाती रही है। इन परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए मेरा विनम्र मत है कि यदि आप स्वयं को इन चुनौतियों का प्रभावी समाधान प्रस्तुत करने में असमर्थ पाते हैं, तो पद त्याग कर किसी सक्षम नेतृत्व को अवसर देना देश की गरिमा और हित में हो सकता है।

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, सिविल न्यायालयों में वाद सीधे दायर कर दिए जाते हैं, भले ही प्रस्तुत दस्तावेजों की सत्यता संदिग्ध हो। अनेक मामलों में फर्जी या छेड़छाड़ किए गए दस्तावेजों के आधार पर मुकदमे दर्ज हो जाते हैं। इन दस्तावेजों की वास्तविक जांच न्यायिक प्रक्रिया के दौरान होती है, जिसमें वर्षों का समय लग जाता है। इस अवधि में निर्दोष प्रतिवादी को मानसिक, आर्थिक और समय की गंभीर हानि उठानी पड़ती है। सुझाव है कि सिविल वाद पंजीकरण से पूर्व दस्तावेजों की एक अनिवार्य प्रारंभिक जांच (Pre-Scrutiny Mechanism) लागू की जाए। वाद दर्ज करने से पहले प्रस्तुत दस्तावेजों का प्रशासनिक या न्यायिक स्तर पर प्राथमिक सत्यापन हो तथा ई-कोर्ट प्रणाली में डिजिटल वेरिफिकेशन की व्यवस्था जोड़ी जाए। यदि दस्तावेज प्रथम दृष्टया संदिग्ध पाए जाएं, तो वाद पंजीकरण रोकने या स्पष्टीकरण मांगने का प्रावधान किया जाए। इस व्यवस्था से फर्जी मुकदमों में कमी आएगी, न्यायालयों का समय बचेगा तथा निर्दोष नागरिकों को अनावश्यक उत्पीड़न से राहत मिलेगी। इससे न्यायिक प्रक्रिया अधिक पारदर्शी और प्रभावी बनेगी।
