Win win situation for Railways & Passengers. If govt will allow pvt players to run their AC local,long distance & Goods train on existing tracks, along with govt trains, then govt can collect additional revenue without investing. eg. In cities, if pvt trains run in between the current train schedule, then it will ease passengers crowd. Pvt players can get their train to parked outside city. It will also shift traffic from road to railways & reduce pollution to great extent.
