Sir, I request you to create a facility where a student can buy a good assembled computer, say for Rs.15,000 to Rs.20,000 by taking a loan from the bank. The loan can be on the mother's name or student's name. They can repay it in small instalments. The only condition is that the loan should be a computer and not money. The student should be enrolled in a school, college, polytechnic or ITI, full time. It will empower students and remove the problem of ill maintained labs in the colleges.

Respected sir My suggestion for adding value to swatch Bharat. In our country mostly men are polluting the environment by peeing in open place especially in bustard, Rly stations,and dense market areas. To avoid that disposable urinary bags contains gel can be distributed and same can be effectively handled. The locally available bags costs 35 Rs per piece. But new development and mass production can definitely reduce the costs . In addition this will be more useful for sugar patirnts& traveler
