Good evening sir I am in class 12 and today for the first time I went to the pharmacy shop to buy a packet of sanitary napkins and when I told the shopkeeper to give me 10% discount which he usally gives on all the medicines I buy..He said sorry no discount on this and packed it in polyethene and gave it to me. There are so many plans for women empowerment but why not on this issue.A sanitary napkin is a basic necessity for a women.A movie(padman) just cannot change everything..
