Modiji, After the Pulwama terror attack, there is a lot of hype about abrogation of Article 370 of the Constitution of India. Wouldn't it be better if the J&K State Constitution is amended to bring it at par with the rest of the states in the country? Or do you feel that the special status and autonomy of J&K is necessary from the national security perspective?
