( This way The POOR & Middle class & People who are NOT Filing Income Tax returns will NOT be burdened while purchasing any Items for Consumption )

Public transoport should not be start, till last case of Covid-19 declared cured. Can allow private transport and start work locally. Also work should start that help for building nation and improve economy but at local level without allowing movement of person out of are where at least one case is positive for Covid-19.
