Changes to the Regulations for Internet Service Providers will help in making Digital India. Like Loose on regulation and make ISP licenses free, yes just free and let village one man company to become ISPs and wire up real India and deploy Public Wifi Hotspots Such changes will help in increasing the Internet Usage in Cities, Villages and will help in breaking the Monopoly of Big Telcos & Let anyone share their Internet Wifi with their neighbors if Logging is enabled same concept is in USA

Sir, I will like to propose my idea of creating optical fiber network across India with following method. 1. If we create single heavy duty network with the help of private sector companies we can make this system more efficient. 2 Now private players are lying their own networks. And they are spending on it individually. 3 In staid of that if we integrate them with the lead of government companies. we can make high value infrastructure.
