Resp sir, kindly exclude some castes from category of SC /ST/OBC who have taken proper representation . Why we are not excluding any caste . Kindly instruct concerned authorities. Only three caste of SC , Four casts of ST , five casts of OBC have looted alka the benifits .

Resp sir the quality of Private medical and technical institutes is very very poor and these are just business of making money. My submission is to cancell the affiliation of alka such institues in India should immediately be cancelled. These inst are just selling crucial degrees to those who have capasity to purchase. MBBS is not i Phone that any one having purchasing power may get it from any showroom. Health concern is top priority resp sir. The bottom of NEET is topper in these showrooms.

Resp sir at least ten caste in Bihar categorised as OBC have zero representation in IAS, PCS,JUDICIARY, MLA, MP , GRAM PRADHAN . Only five caste are taking al benifit likewise in SC category. Sir what kind of social justice is this. Kindly look at these data and either end reservation or plz ensure its benifit to all categories.

Resp sir , there should be no reservation atleast in exam for teachers, doctors, judges, beurocracy and judiciary. If its so essential it may be for class four posts in its present format.

Resp sir state public service commisions should hold exam for teachers in aided non govtt coleges as this body is doing for govtt degree colleges with full tranparency. Sir there is no necesity of separate Higher educatin service commision in states separately. PSC is best source of recruitment.

Resp sir there should be no provision of nomination for the judges in high courts of different states.

Resp sir, entry exam for judiciary in centre and states should be organised only by UPSC.

Resp sir Ph D holders should be encouraged to work in labs as scientist instead of teachers in higher education.

Resp sir, there should be some award for those hidden meritorious and talented employees. If any employee own excellent ACR for last ten years since 2020 then he /she should be awarded and encouraged. If cut of year would be made after 2020 there may be partiality. Sir continuous ten excellent ACR deserve appreciation and some encouragement for good performers. Resp sir it should be for all class of govtt employees from class one to class four employees. Certifiate should be signed by PM .

Resp sir? qualification for post of Assistant Prof in degree colleges is Graduation and PG with at least 55% marks and UGC (NET ) qualified . Why the qualification of same post is Ph. D. in Universities ? Resp sir being a Ph D holder means expert of one topic of a tiny branch of any subject. This doctorate degree is nothing to do with teaching skill. The expert in interview select their students and by and large recruitment there is under question. My submission for no weihtage for Ph D
